NativAd privacy policy
Version of 28 September 2026
NativAd is the Telegram bots @NativAdBot and @ContextoBot, the dashboard and the website nativad.com. The service is built and run by Globerint Pte. Ltd. (registration number 202504840Z, 32 Pekin Street #05-01, Singapore 048762, “we”). This page says what data we receive, why, who we share it with and how to have it deleted.
1. What we receive
From Telegram, when you open the bot or the dashboard: your Telegram ID, first and last name, username and interface language. Telegram does not give us your phone number, and we do not ask for it.
In chats our bot has been added to. The bot reads members' messages so that anti-spam, moderation, Finds and topic-matched listings work. We do not keep everything, only:
- messages anti-spam or the moderator acted on (removed, warned, restricted), with the author, the reason and the time. This is the log the chat owner sees;
- for each member: when they first and last posted, how many messages they sent, their warnings, and whether the owner marked them as trusted. No message texts;
- messages that Finds matched to the chat owner's rule, with a summary and the author;
- the text of channel posts, to match listings to the comments under them;
- who joined and left the chat, and when. From these records across all the chats our bot is in, we notice people who join chats to collect members' contacts and send them private messages in bulk;
- if the chat owner switched on the Gatekeeper: the first and last name, username and profile bio of everyone who asks to join or joins the chat, with the points, the reasons and the decision. The profile photo is looked at by our own model on our own servers; we do not keep the photo;
- members' spam reports: who reported whom.
The bot cannot see your private conversations with other people: Telegram does not show them to bots.
In the dashboard on the website: a session cookie, and your IP address and browser name when you sign in.
Payments and payouts. Card payments are taken by Stripe: card details never reach us. Star payments are taken by Telegram. For crypto payments we see the address and the transaction on the public network. For payouts we keep what you gave us: bank details, a USDT wallet address or your Stripe account ID.
Support: our conversation with you.
The “Tell me first” form: the Telegram username or email address you left.
2. Why
- to run the service: bots, dashboard, listings, reports;
- to count and move money: top-ups, earnings, fees, payouts;
- to protect chats and the service itself from spam and abuse;
- to answer you in support and send the notifications you have not turned off.
We do not sell data, do not hand it to other companies for their own purposes, and run no third-party analytics or tracking.
3. Who we share it with
- Telegram: every bot message goes through it;
- Stripe: card payments and Stripe payouts;
- public crypto networks: transfers there are visible to everyone, by the nature of those networks;
- CAS (cas.chat), a shared database of accounts banned for spam in Telegram chats: to check whether someone joining a chat with our bot is in it, we send it only their Telegram ID. Nothing else.
Texts are written and checked by our own model on our own servers. We do not send them to outside AI services. Data is stored on our servers in the United States.
4. How long we keep it
- the detailed exchange log with Telegram and Stripe, when it is switched on to investigate a failure: 2 days;
- one-time website sign-in links: 2 days;
- channel post texts for matching listings: 30 days;
- CAS answers: 1 day;
- everything else: while you use the service, and money records as long as accounting requires.
5. Cookies
The website sets only the dashboard session cookie, so you stay signed in. There are no analytics or tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. Write to support@globerint.com or to support in @NativAdBot. We delete everything except the money records we are required to keep, and usually answer within a few days.
A chat owner is responsible to the members for adding the bot to the chat. A member who does not want the bot to see their messages can ask the owner or write to us.
7. Changes
A new version appears on this page with a new date. We will announce significant changes in the bot.
